Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to represent the prestigious Land Rover brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, delivering a premium customer experience, building long-term relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining the luxury standards of the brand.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle requirements.
- Generate sales leads through walk-ins, referrals, corporate clients, and digital platforms.
- Present Land Rover models, features, specifications, and premium technologies.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Explain pricing, finance options, insurance, warranties, and exchange offers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on competitor products, market trends,



and Land Rover product knowledge.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.

- Knowledge of luxury automobiles and the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and qualified in appearance and conduct.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Diploma or certification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.

Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably with luxury or premium brands.
- Experience in handling high-value customers and luxury retail sales is preferred.
