We're hiring a detail-oriented Media Booker on behalf of one of our clients — a financial media company producing video, podcast, and written content for a US and global audience.

The role: own the guest pipeline end to end — identifying, reaching out to, and locking in guests for their shows.

What you'll do:
- Source and reach out to guests — economists, fund managers, analysts, authors, and market commentators
- Manage scheduling across time zones and coordinate logistics with guests and the production team
- Draft booking confirmations, prep materials, and follow-ups
- Maintain and grow a database of contacts and booking statuses
- Work with the client's content leads to align bookings with the editorial calendar

Who you are:

? Experienced in media production, talent coordination, or PR

? A solid written communicator in English — professional and confident

? Highly organized, proactive, and responsive

? Comfortable working US hours (role follows ET)

Existing relationships with US-based financial media publicists, talent agents, or editorial contacts — these will be compensated at a premium.
