1. Taxation & Compliance
- TDS Compliance: End-to-end management of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) filings, preparation and submission of quarterly TDS returns, and resolving any outstanding defaults or notices.
2. Audits & Financial Reporting
- Audit Support: Actively coordinate and prepare documentation for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Ledgers & Registers: Maintain impeccable general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable registers, and fixed asset registers.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports, variance analyses, and cash flow updates for leadership.
3. Banking, Payroll & Government Portals
- PFMS Operations: Hands-on handling of the Public Financial Management System (PFMS) portal for government-related fund tracking, disbursements, and reconciliations.
- Payroll & Paybills: Process monthly payroll, verify paybills,
and ensure timely compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, Professional Tax).
- Accounting Software: Maintain real-time, accurate financial records utilizing Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Strictly 3–4 years of core corporate finance and accounting experience.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or equivalent degree.
- Software Expertise: Highly proficient in Tally (ERP/Prime) and MS Excel (vlookup, pivot tables, and advanced formulas).
- Portal Knowledge: Solid hands-on experience working on the Income Tax e-filing portal and the PFMS portal is highly preferred.
- Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with absolute confidentiality.
- Certificates: Timely generation and issuance of TDS Certificates (Form 16/16A).
- Tax Ledger Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile tax registers with the g
