Job Description:-

Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of advanced Generative AI initiatives, experience range: 12-16 yrs. Candidate should have practical, hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Microsoft Copilot solutions within the Azure ecosystem.

The Talent must be dynamic committed and capable of preparing tracking, managing and driving the projects. Excellent communication skills and experienced in handling multivendor multi stakeholder environments

Primary skills
1. Lead the full lifecycle of GenAI projects, from proof-of-concept (PoC) to deployment on Azure, managing scope, timelines, and budget

2. Supervise technical teams in developing RAG pipelines, LLM-based assistants, and agentic workflows

3. Coordinate the implementation and extension of Microsoft 365 Copilots and custom Copilot Studio agents

4. Manage GenAI-specific risks, including hallucination mitigation, data privacy (PII masking), and Responsible AI guardrails, ensuring compliance with internal AI governance

5.



Should have executed large scale Migrations Implementations.

6. Experienced in driving major IT projects managing multiple priorities simultaneously setting timelines holding people accountable and delivering projects on time and on budget
7. Experienced in Azure Services technologies

8. Expertise in planning and managing multiple stakeholders including client offshore and cross functional teams to deliver the projects
9. Understanding of GenAI, RAG, LLM, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Copilot

10. ADO or any project Management tools

11. Positive in excel, word, PPT
