About the Role

Mindlogicx is looking for a dynamic, results-driven
Head of Sales & Marketing
to lead our entire Sales and Marketing vertical. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for management and the Single Point of Authority (SPOA) for the Sales and Marketing team — driving B2C and Channel Sales, marketing, and revenue growth across our EdTech, digital, and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership
- Lead and manage the complete Sales & Marketing vertical, including marketing, pre-sales, sales, and partner enablement teams
- Develop and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for EdTech platforms, digital learning solutions, and enterprise technology products
- Drive B2C and Channel Partner sales; own and deliver sales targets for both

Product Marketing & Sales Enablement
- Ensure all products are sales-ready with structured marketing collateral:



standard demo environments, techno-commercial proposal templates, presentation decks with industry use cases, product videos, DIY tutorials, user manuals, and institutional/enterprise pitch materials

Digital Marketing
- Implement SEO, content marketing, social media campaigns, lead generation funnels, and marketing automation
- Monitor website traffic analytics; optimize for sales conversion and lead nurturing

Global Partner Network (GPN)
- Set up and manage a strategic global partner network: partner enablement decks, demo site access, structured pricing and revenue-sharing models, credential and testimonial packages
- Own partner onboarding, enablement, performance management, and relationship management

Customer & Strategic Relationship Management
- Build and manage relationships with clients, strategic and business partners, Mindlogicx subsidiaries, alliance partners, and industry associations to drive business development
