We are looking for a Project Coordinator with a strong foundation in mechanical engineering to support our sales and purchase activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare spare parts quotations
2. Create purchase orders for raw materials, mechanical components, and spare parts.
3. Follow up with suppliers via emails to check progress of the order and track shipments.
4. Follow up with customers via emails to check progress of the payment or follow up with quotations provided
5. Prepare technical documentation for customers for various equipment such as operation manuals, project details document.
6. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, sales and bill of materials.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
2. Preferable: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or supply chain within a manufacturing setting.
3.



Basic understanding of mechanical components, industrial materials, and production processes.
4. Good proficiency in MS Office and ERP system.
5. Excellent fluency in written English
6. Basic fluency in spoken English
7. Good proficiency in MS Outlook and email-based communication
8. Preferred: Education in English medium

Skills:

1. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Should be able to coordinate effectively between Sales department and Purchase department
3. Ability to work independently and proactively.
4. Accurate and timely work is critical
