Payment Posting / AR Specialist US Medical Billing (Day Shift)

Salt Technologies (Salt HealthOps) is hiring a dedicated RCM specialist for a named US behavioral health billing client. You'll own manual payment posting (EOBs, patient payments, payer-portal research), AR follow-up, and underpayment flagging — with your work QA-reviewed and visible to the client under our co-managed model.

You have: 3–5 years in US medical billing with hands-on manual payment posting, payer portal research, AR follow-up, strong written English, and the discipline to work independently under QA sampling. Behavioral health, Tebra/Kipu/AdvancedMD, or Medicaid experience is a plus.
