About the Role

EXL Services is looking for experienced Data Analysts with strong expertise in up-to-date data engineering and analytics. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ETL development, SQL optimization, Python programming, and implementing data solutions using the Medallion Architecture framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize ETL pipelines for large-scale data processing.
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple structured and unstructured sources.
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data analysis and reporting.
- Develop data transformation and automation scripts using Python.
- Build and maintain data models following the Bronze, Silver,



and Gold (Medallion) Architecture.
- Ensure high standards of data quality, integrity, and governance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and data engineers to deliver scalable data solutions.
- Troubleshoot data issues and improve existing ETL workflows for better performance.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in ETL Development
- Advanced SQL programming and query optimization
- Good hands-on experience with Python
- Practical knowledge of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver & Gold Layers)
- Experience working with large-scale data warehouses and data lakes
- Understanding of data modeling, data validation, and performance tuning
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
