Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Vijayawada. The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and payroll support, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities. The role involves implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes,



and handling employee relations matters to foster a positive and compliant workplace. The individual will collaborate with management to address workforce planning needs, organize training and development initiatives, and ensure adherence to labor laws and company guidelines. Regular interaction with employees across departments, documentation, and reporting on HR metrics will be key components of the position.

Qualifications
- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with the ability to support end-to-end HR functions.
- Experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HRIS use, payroll coordination, and compliance tracking.
- Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies, with the capability to resolve concerns fairly and support a respectful workplace.
- Understanding of local labor laws and regulatory requirements relevant to manufacturing environments.
