Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Procurement Engineer focused on EHV Substation and Transmission Line Projects, based in Gurugram. The role involves identifying, evaluating,



and onboarding suppliers and contractors for EHV equipment, materials, and services, ensuring alignment with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines. The Procurement Engineer will prepare and issue requests for quotation (RFQs), analyze bids, negotiate commercial and technical terms, and finalize purchase orders in coordination with engineering and project management teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring material delivery schedules, coordinating with site teams and vendors to resolve supply issues, maintaining procurement documentation, and supporting cost optimization without compromising safety or performance. The role also requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to forecast material requirements, support budget planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
