Role Description
The Custom PC and Gaming PC Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The engineer will design, assemble,



and configure custom gaming PCs, AI rigs, server systems, and high-performance workstations according to client specifications and use cases. Daily responsibilities include component selection, system integration, performance tuning, cable management, stress testing, and ensuring system stability and optimal cooling. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, performing upgrades and replacements, and maintaining detailed documentation of builds and service history. The engineer will also interact directly with customers, explain technical choices in accessible language, provide live assembly demonstrations when required, and collaborate with the wider IT team to support networking, repair, and maintenance projects.
