- Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty
- Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and teams
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs
- Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals, managers, and leaders
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and relevance of qualified skills offerings in line with evolving business needs
- Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs
