Role Description

This is a full-time, in office YouTube Growth & Ads Specialist role based in New Delhi. The specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing Hubhopper’s YouTube channels, including planning content calendars, coordinating video production, and ensuring timely uploads. Daily tasks include analyzing channel and video performance, improving SEO and metadata, running and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns, and experimenting with growth strategies to increase views,



watch time, and subscriptions. The role involves collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams to align video content with brand objectives and campaigns. The specialist will also monitor industry trends, competitor channels, and platform updates to refine strategy and deliver measurable growth.

Qualifications
- Strong YouTube channel management skills, including understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO, monetization, and ads.
- Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing, with the ability to coordinate or execute production workflows for short- and long-form content.
- Solid Marketing knowledge, particularly digital and performance marketing, with experience designing and optimizing YouTube ad campaigns.
- Excellent Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear reporting on performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Experience using analytics tools
