Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will:
Source and attract top-quality talent through multiple recruitment channels
Screen and assess candidates for various open positions
Coordinate interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Conduct reference checks and background verification
Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience
Track hiring progress and recruitment metrics
Stay updated on latest recruitment trends, tools, and market intelligence
