Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic GM/AVP Sales to lead our Managed Offices, Coworking, and Commercial Real Estate Sales business across the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise sales, commercial leasing, revenue growth, and team leadership, with a proven ability to drive occupancy and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and profitability targets.
- Drive new business acquisition across managed offices, coworking spaces, and commercial real estate solutions.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through direct sales, channel partners, IPCs, brokers, and strategic alliances.
- Lead commercial negotiations and oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams to consistently exceed business targets.
- Set sales KPIs, monitor performance,



and drive a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Projects for seamless deal execution.

Key Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, corporate occupiers, MNCs, GCCs, startups, IPCs, and channel partners.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, expansions, portfolio growth, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the client lifecycle.

Market & Business Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, rental benchmarks, and emerging business opportunities.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership for market expansion, pricing, and business planning.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue projections.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).
