Job Summary

Premier Energies Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable (AR) Asst. Manager/Senior Executive to manage receivables, customer reconciliations, credit monitoring, and collection reporting. The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and experience in AR operations, customer reconciliations, and MIS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and circulate weekly and monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
- Generate and analyze customer ageing reports, overdue reports, collection status reports, and MIS dashboards.
- Monitor customer credit limits and ensure compliance with the company's approved credit policy.
- Coordinate with Sales and Finance teams for customer credit limit approvals, revisions, and customer code blocking/unblocking.
- Perform customer ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.




- Follow up with customers and internal stakeholders to clear open items, unapplied receipts, debit notes, credit notes, and unreconciled balances.
- Prepare customer balance confirmations and ensure timely completion of reconciliation activities.
- Track pending invoices, collections, and payment status, escalating long-outstanding receivables as required.
- Coordinate with customers to obtain ledgers and supporting documents for reconciliation.
- Monitor intercompany receivables and coordinate with respective teams for timely settlement.
- Prepare and analyze reports related to collections, overdue receivables, Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and customer credit exposure.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities related to Accounts Receivable.
- Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer master data and AR records.
