Role Overview:
The Territory Manager – Retail Division will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and ensuring strong market coverage across Tamil Nadu. The role is highly field-oriented and requires strong relationship management with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Need to handle the existing business and cover the entire Tamil Nadu market
- Develop and expand the Roofing & Peb dealers within the assigned territory
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new dealers
- Maintain robust relationships with existing dealers and ensure repeat business
- Ensure proper product visibility and market penetration
- Conduct regular market visits, dealer meetings, and site follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies
- Drive company schemes, promotions, and product launches in the market
Key Skills & Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in Roofing/ PEB / Building Materials / Channel Sales
- Strong understanding of Roofing & PEB distribution and dealer management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
