Job Description:

Job Title: QA Application Tester

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualifications:

1. Testing Strategy & Frameworks

* Methodologies: Strong foundation in software testing lifecycles (STLC), test design techniques, and contemporary testing frameworks.

* Test Management: Proficient in Zephyr (or comparable test management tools) to execute, track, and report on test cycles.

* Tools & Documentation: Experience with JIRA for defect tracking, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.

2. Infrastructure & Virtualization Expertise

* Virtualization Platforms: Understanding of Hyperbox, Red Hat Virtualization, and Hyper-V.



This includes knowledge of:
- How they work
- How they are built

* Cloud & Hardware: Knowledge of hyperscaler environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and physical server infrastructure.

* System Navigation: Expeirence in Command Line Interfaces (CLI) for system configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.

3. Professional Soft Skills & Work Ethic

* Collaborative Mindset: A proactive team player capable of fostering open communication and knowledge sharing within a cross-functional environment.

* Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical issues clearly to stakeholders.
