Job Summary

Remark HR is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to expand our client portfolio and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, developing long-term business relationships, and promoting our recruitment, staffing, and HR consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire recent clients for recruitment, staffing, executive search, and HR consulting services.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and market research.




- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to understand hiring and HR requirements.
- Prepare business proposals, service agreements, and pricing quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of hiring mandates.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and accurately track client interactions through CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Represent Remark HR at business networking events, industry forums, and corporate meetings.
