Role Description
This is not a traditional HR role.
As a Human Resources & People Operations Executive, you will work closely with the Founder to support recruitment, employee onboarding, HR documentation, people operations, and internal process improvements.
Since we hire selectively rather than frequently, this role also includes employee coordination, documentation, onboarding,
AI-assisted HR operations, and maintaining internal systems.
