Job Description
To work as part of our Services Team to provide CAD/BIM support to engineering projects. The successful candidate’s role will be as an MEP Revit Modeler within the WSP in India in our Noida, Bengaluru office producing BIM models and detailed engineering designs and construction drawings. You can expect to be active on a number of projects at any given time. You will report to Team Leader in Project functionally and reporting to Line manager operationally.

Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP 3D Revit Model in LOD-350/400
- Coordinate models with other MEP services, Architectural, Civil and Structural model.
- Clash detection and clash resolution
- 2D drawings production
- Provide specialist support to design teams preparing analysis and design models
- Support design teams and bid teams with the creation of 3D visualisations / 4D models / renderings
- Prepare quantities for use in BQs from the 3D model.
- Familiarity with COBie stands and BIM classification systems (e.g. Uniclass, OmniClass) is preferred
- Manage model versions, data exchange,



and issue tracking within the Common Data Environment (CDE), such as BIM360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

Experience in the use of the following software is desirable but not essential:
- Autodesk 3ds MAX

Qualifications
- Diploma in Electrical engineering is preferred in addition to Draughting qualifications.
- 4+ year's production experience in design, drafting and engineering with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a valuable track record
