Role Description
The Area Manager role at Hidesign is a full time, on-site position based in the Greater Chennai Area, responsible for overseeing retail operations across assigned stores or regions. The Area Manager will monitor sales performance, set and track targets,



and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Daily responsibilities include supervising store managers, ensuring adherence to brand standards, optimizing visual merchandising, and delivering a consistent premium customer experience. This role involves managing inventory and stock levels, coordinating promotions, and providing regular performance reports to senior leadership. The Area Manager will also recruit, train, and mentor team members, address operational issues promptly, and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and supply chain to support overall business growth.
