Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a CAM Engineer, the role involves developing and optimizing CNC programs, supporting machining processes, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring quality and productivity while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Develop, modify, and optimize CN programs using Mastercam for Turning, Turn-Mill, and Milling operations.

* Create tool paths, setup sheets, and machining process documentation.

* Support recent part development, process validation, and production requirements.

* Select suitable cutting tools, fixtures, and machining parameters to achieve optimum productivity and quality.

* Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and process-related issues on the shop floor.

* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and improve manufacturing efficiency.

* Ensure compliance with engineering drawings,



GD&T; requirements, and quality standards.

* Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

* Monitor and improve machining processes for enhanced productivity and cost optimization.

Required Skills

* Strong knowledge of Mastercam programming.

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.;

* Good understanding of cutting tools, fixtures, machining processes, and process optimization.

* Hands-on experience in CNC Turning. Turn-Mill, and Milling operations.

* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
