Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory acts, and industrial relations regulations.
- Manage contract labour management, including recruitment, training, and welfare services.
- Develop and implement effective employee welfare programs to improve workplace conditions.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure statutory compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in welfare management or a related field (MSW preferred).
- Solid knowledge of labour laws, factory acts, and industrial relations principles.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees, employers, and government agencies.
- Ability to analyze data to inform decision-making on welfare initiatives and policies.
