Role Description
This is a full-time remote Recruiter role at Globelance. The Recruiter will source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of global client positions, ensuring a strong match between skills, experience, and role requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, building and maintaining talent pipelines, conducting interviews, and coordinating with consultants, freelancers, and employers to move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. The Recruiter will use digital tools and platforms to track activity, maintain accurate candidate records, and deliver timely updates to stakeholders. This role also involves contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and supporting a positive candidate and client experience.

Qualifications
- Strong talent sourcing and candidate research skills, including use of online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.




- Experience in end-to-end recruitment activities such as screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates for diverse roles.
- Ability to build and manage talent pipelines, maintain candidate databases, and prioritize multiple open positions.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and clients clearly and professionally.
- Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities, including working with global clients and independent consultants.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines and placement targets.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, hiring compliance, and diversity and inclusion principles.
