Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Vendor & Procurement Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves managing end-to-end purchasing processes, including vendor sourcing, quotation comparison, and issuing purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies.



The Vendor & Procurement Executive coordinates with internal project teams to understand material needs, timelines, and budget constraints, and ensures timely delivery of materials to project sites. The role includes maintaining vendor relationships, negotiating pricing and terms, monitoring vendor performance, and updating procurement records and reports. The individual also supports cost optimization, inventory tracking, and process improvements to strengthen MaskotPlan’s vendor and material management capabilities.

Qualifications
- Robust understanding of purchasing processes, purchase orders, and purchase management, with experience handling end-to-end procurement activities.
- Solid analytical skills to compare quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support cost optimization and budgeting decisions.
