Infosprint Technologies is looking for a passionate Canada IT Recruiter with experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills and experience hiring for contract and full-time IT roles across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and other sourcing channels
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Canada IT positions
• Screen and evaluate technical candidates
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and candidates
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Work on contract, C2C, and full-time requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers and account managers
• Maintain ATS and recruitment reports
• Meet submission and hiring targets
Required Skills:
• 1–4 years of IT recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for the Canadian IT market
• Strong understanding of technical roles and IT technologies
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Dice, Monster, or similar job portals
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in EST shifts
