Key Responsibilities
- Manage WhatsApp chats, phone calls and customer enquiries
- Handle court bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
- Follow up with new leads and convert enquiries into bookings
- Onboard recent members and assist with memberships
- Coordinate with coaches and the club team for smooth daily operations
- Share updates on events, coaching programs and club activities
- Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally

Who We're Looking For
- 1-3 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, inside sales or operations
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Friendly, organised and solution-oriented
- Comfortable making customer calls and managing WhatsApp conversations
- Proficient with Google Workspace and AI tools like ChatGPT
- Willing to work weekends on a rotational basis
- A genuine passion for sports and creating outstanding customer experiences
