We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MSTR (MicroStrategy) Developer to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable BI solutions using the MicroStrategy platform.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging your deep understanding of MicroStrategy architecture and solid SQL skills to deliver insightful and actionable data to our stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to critical business decisions by providing high-quality BI solutions.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy MicroStrategy objects including reports, dashboards, cubes (Intelligent Cubes, OLAP Cubes), documents, and visualizations.
- Utilize various MicroStrategy features and functionalities such as Freeform SQL, Query Builder, MDX connectivity, and data blending.
- Optimize MicroStrategy schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies) for performance and usability.
- Implement security models within MicroStrategy, including user and group management,



object-level security, and data-level security.
- Perform performance tuning and optimization of MicroStrategy reports and dashboards.
- Participate in the administration and maintenance of the MicroStrategy environment, including metadata management, project configuration, and user support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, and the overall platform.
- Write complex and efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and load data from various data sources.
- Understand database schema design and data modeling principles.
- Optimize SQL queries for performance within the MicroStrategy environment.
- Work with different database platforms (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake) and understand their specific SQL dialects.
