Business Analyst
– Simphony Cloud Implementation Specialist is responsible for analyzing business requirements, planning, configuring, and supporting the implementation of Oracle Simphony Cloud Point of Sale (POS) solutions across multiple business locations .

Responsibilities

-Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements related to hospitality POS

operations.

-Analyze, design, and recommend enhancements for Simphony POS workflows.

-Design, develop, and configure POS functionalities including ordering, tendering, loyalty,

reporting, and menu workflows.

-Support Simphony rollout, upgrades, market enablement, and cross-brand deployment

activities.

-Validate data flows between Simphony, middleware, and backend systems (e.g., ERP, loyalty

engines).

-Develop test cases; conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) and support UAT cycles.

-Ensure 100% coverage of in-scope scenarios and smooth transition to pilot and production

rollout.

-Prepare BRDs,



use cases, SOPs, workflows, and deployment documentation.

-Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and

alignment.

-Understanding of Reporting & Analytics and Hospitality operational workflows.

-Experience with POS data flows, integration concepts, and troubleshooting.

-Understanding restaurant workflows, including quick service, fine dining, and bar operations

Requirements

-Experience with Micros POS RES 3700, Simphony Cloud POS, Reporting & Analytics, and

inventory linkage.

-Simphony Cloud POS FnB Experience, EMC configuration (Enterprise, Property and Revenue

Centre)

-Configuring menu items, definitions, pricing, and master records within EMC.

-Defining revenue center’s, order types, and service charges.

-Configuring employee classes, roles, and permissions
