Technical Support Associate (Full Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and technically skilled Technical Support Associates to join our Technology team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with prior technical support experience who are passionate about troubleshooting technology issues and delivering exceptional customer service. The position requires working in a US night shift from the office, Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support through email, phone, chat, ticketing systems, and remote access tools.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software, hardware, browser, and application-related issues.

• Follow up with customers and internal teams until issues are resolved.

• Book product demos using the internal platform (training provided).

• Perform FinTech and operational support tasks (training provided).

• Document customer interactions and resolutions.

• Escalate complex issues appropriately while maintaining ownership.

• Deliver excellent customer service.





Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

• Preferred: B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc. (CS/IT/Electronics), M.Sc. (CS/IT), or any degree with strong technical troubleshooting knowledge.

Technical Skills

• Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux troubleshooting.

• Desktop, laptop, smartphone, tablet hardware troubleshooting.

• Contemporary web browsers and mobile applications.

• Device configuration: iPhone, iPad, Android phones, Tablets, MacBook, Windows PCs/Laptops.

• Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-focused attitude.

• Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Work Schedule

• US Shift: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM IST

• Work From Office
