About the Role:
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with children of all ages (from infants to teenagers) to help them improve their movement, strength, and overall physical well-being.
Your main goal will be to help children overcome physical challenges and reach their full potential in a fun, safe, and supportive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate children s physical and motor development.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide interventions to improve mobility, balance, posture, strength, and coordination.
- Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques and exercises.
- Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
- Educate and guide parents/caregivers regarding home exercise programs and positioning techniques.
- Maintain accurate therapy records and progress reports.
- Collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, psychologists, and other team members to ensure holistic care.
- Ensure a safe, child-friendly, and supportive therapy environment.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).Diploma passout are also eligible to apply.
- Valid professional registration/license as applicable.
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach.
