Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake breads, rolls, cakes, cookies, pastries, tarts, and other desserts according to recipes and quality standards.

Develop new pastry and bakery recipes, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.

Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic flair and attention to detail.

Manage inventory, order ingredients, and ensure freshness of supplies.

Supervise, train, and mentor junior bakers and pastry staff.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and pastry stations following health and safety regulations.

Monitor baking times and temperatures to guarantee optimal product quality.

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to fulfill customer orders and special requests.

Control waste and manage bakery costs efficiently.

Stay updated on industry trends, baking techniques, and cutting-edge pastry creations.
