A career within PwC Managed Services will provide you with the opportunity to lead finance automation and process optimization initiatives at scale, enabling clients to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, accelerate financial close, and enhance operational efficiency across enterprise financial systems.

As a Manager, you will lead the Finance Automation function within the managed services delivery team . You will own the end-to-end automation lifecyclefrom opportunity identification and business case development through design, build, test, deploy, and post-deployment governanceacross the Infor CloudSuite Financials (CSF) ecosystem. Your scope will include Infor IPA (Intelligent Process Automation), Infor ION workflow automation, RPA and scripting solutions, financial close automation, reporting/analytics automation, and finance process optimization across AP, AR, GL, FA, Projects, Grants, and Close Management.

Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of combined experience across finance operations/systems and process automation/optimization,



with progressive leadership responsibility
- Robust finance domain knowledgedeep understanding of end-to-end finance processes:
- Accounts Payable (invoice-to-pay), Accounts Receivable (billing-to-cash), General Ledger (journal processing, close), Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Grants Management
- Financial close processes, reconciliations, and controls
- Hands-on automation experience across one or more of the following:
- Infor IPA (Intelligent Process Automation)process flow design, workflow configuration, exception handling (strongly preferred)
- Infor IONworkflow automation, BOD-triggered events, alert configuration, ION API/connectivity (strongly preferred)
- RPA platformsUiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar (bot design, development, deployment, monitoring)
- ScriptingPython, SQL, PowerShell, or similar for data extraction, transformation, validation, and report automation
