Key Job Responsibilities:
- Administration & Maintenance: Perform installation, configuration, patching, and administration of Windows Servers (Physical/Virtual).
- Virtualization: Manage and support Hyper-V infrastructure and large-scale VMware environments.
- Automation: Develop PowerShell scripts to streamline processes and reduce manual efforts.
- Infrastructure Services: Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Security & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex server performance issues, analyze root causes, and manage remote security patching.
- Backup & DR: Implement backup/restore policies and maintain disaster recovery plans.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on Windows Server administration.
- Scripting: Solid hands-on experience on PowerShell.
- Virtualization: Experience with Hyper-V and VMWare.
- Network/Security: Knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, and security protocols.
- Processes: Familiarity with ITIL framework and Change Management.
