- Job Responsibilities
- Book domestic and international flight tickets using GDS software and other airline booking portals.
- Coordinate with airlines to obtain the best available fares for corporate and leisure travel.
- Process ticket bookings, cancellations, reissues, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
- Assist customers with flight schedules, fare details, baggage policies, and travel-related queries.
- Ensure accurate passenger information while issuing or modifying tickets.
- Maintain booking records and update customer details in the system.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations teams for timely execution of travel requests.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with airline partners and travel vendors.
- Support clients by providing timely assistance for ticketing and travel requirements.
- Stay updated with airline policies,
fare rules, and travel regulations.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy, customer service, and adherence to company processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 years of experience in air ticketing, travel operations, or the travel industry. Freshers with relevant knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) & domestic and international airline ticketing procedures is a plus.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
