Job Summary

We are looking for a Dev Manager to serve as the primary owner of engineering excellence for assigned project(s). This role combines strong technical depth, critical thinking, people leadership, and operational discipline to help teams deliver secure, reliable, scalable, and maintainable software.

The Dev Manager owns the Engineering Health Scorecard, upholds engineering standards, proactively identifies issues and edge cases, and guides incidents toward durable, systemic resolution.



The role requires a high degree of autonomy and the ability to provide leadership with a clear, accurate, and timely view of engineering health.

Technical Skills and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Solid hands-on experience with the Microsoft technology stack, including C#, .NET 8+ / .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and REST API development.
- Experience with modern frontend engineering using Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ESLint, and Prettier.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, microservices, API-driven design, secure coding practices, OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean architecture.
