Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide production support for Autosys scheduling tool, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical problems related to data processing, reporting, and analytics.
- Develop and maintain documentation for production processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Job Requirements :
- 0-12 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Autosys scheduling tool and its applications in financial services sector.
- Experience with TIDAL software or similar tools is an added advantage.
