Role OverviewThe Environment & Sustainability Manager is a key member of JLL’s IFM team, responsible for driving environmental performance, sustainability strategy, and data-led insights across the client’s Asia portfolio. This role combines technical expertise, data analytics, stakeholder management,
and program delivery across energy, emissions, water, waste, and ESG initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnergy & Environmental Management ProgramDevelop and execute energy management or sustainability strategy, including local site-level plans.
Implement energy and sustainability programs to reach objectives.
Drive operational improvements through the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and sustainability performance across regional portfolio and building-level perspective.
Analyze energy and utility data to identify efficiency opportunities.
Implement programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
Monitor KPIs and sustainability benchmarks.
Resolve utility billing discrepancies.
