Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Supply Planning & Execution
- Formulate and maintain comprehensive supply plans across wafer fabrication, assembly, and test phases, balancing customer backlog and demand forecasts against manufacturing capacity.
- Direct production schedules, managing wafer starts and releases to consistently meet customer commitments and corporate revenue targets.




- Optimize global inventory health, strategically balancing customer service levels with working capital and inventory-turn targets.

Partner Collaboration & Capacity Management
- Collaborate closely with foundries and OSATs to build and execute resilient manufacturing plans, ensuring sufficient capacity to meet rolling business requirements.
- Lead regular operational reviews with external suppliers to monitor build plans, vendor performance, and risk-mitigation activities.
- Act as the primary escalation point for manufacturing, capacity, and delivery bottlenecks, coordinating cross-functional actions for timely resolution.

Risk Management & Analytics
- Proactively identify supply chain risks including material shortages, capacity constraints, and delivery disruptions, and drive alignment with internal teams and external partners.
