About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Accountant
with a robust background in
TDS, statutory compliance, GST, and e-commerce accounting
. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing financial operations in a
D2C or e-commerce company
and be well-versed in marketplace reconciliations and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Manage
TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and quarterly return filing
.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and reconcile
GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other statutory reports
.
- Process vendor invoices, payments, and ledger reconciliations.
- Perform
bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations
.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements from
Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Myntra, and Nykaa
.




- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders during audits.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and MIS reports.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Ensure timely compliance with all direct and indirect tax requirements.
- Support payroll-related accounting entries and statutory deductions.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of
TDS provisions
, GST, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in
TDS return filing
, Form 26Q, Form 24Q, TRACES, Form 16 & 16A.
- Hands-on experience in
e-commerce accounting
and marketplace reconciliation.
- Proficiency in
Tally Prime
, Busy, Zoho Books, or other ERP/accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, IF functions).
- Good understanding of accounting standards and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
