Role & responsibilities

1.Communicate with clients professionally via email and phone calls

2.Write structured emails, follow-ups, and business proposals

3.Support B2B merchant onboarding and B2C customer engagement

4.Understand and work on basic sales and marketing activities (not a full marketing role)

5.Complete case studies and assigned tasks within given timelines

6.Attend daily team calls and share status updates without fail

7.Work on Revend web console and mobile app as part of daily operations

8.Coordinate across teams and maintain client records

Preferred candidate profile

1.MBA intern currently pursuing or MBA graduate (any specialisation)

2.Minimum 4 languages mandatory English, Hindi, and any 2 Indian local languages





3.Minimum 1 year of experience in client handling via email and calls (Not mandatory)

4.Solid written and verbal communication skills

5.Good understanding of B2B and B2C business models

6.Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

7.Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn new things

8.Comfortable working with websites and mobile apps daily
