Role Description
The Head of Discovery is a full-time, on-site role based in Recent Delhi, responsible for leading the function that helps learners discover the right programs and pathways. This role oversees the design and optimization of discovery journeys across digital channels, counseling touchpoints,



and partner interfaces, ensuring learners quickly find relevant and high-quality options. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing user behavior and feedback, defining discovery strategies, prioritizing product and content enhancements, and collaborating closely with counseling, marketing, product, and university partnership teams. The Head of Discovery will manage a small team, set performance metrics, run experiments to improve conversion and engagement, and report on key insights to senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining data, user experience, and education domain knowledge to build scalable, learner-centric solutions.

Qualifications
- Experience in product or growth leadership, with a focus on user discovery, journey design, or customer experience in edtech or related sectors.
