Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SAM Pro Developer / ITAM SME with robust expertise in Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) and the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The role also involves platform administration, integrations, scripting, and continuous platform enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure and customize ServiceNow SAM Pro, ITAM, HAM, and related modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and platform customizations.
Support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise ITSM/ITOM applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Manage software license lifecycle, compliance, and optimization using SAM Pro.
Support hardware lifecycle management using HAM.
Perform ServiceNow platform administration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and configuration documents.
Provide end-user training and support.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuous platform improvement initiatives.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry best practices.
