About the Role
We are looking for a energetic and enthusiastic Telecalling Intern to support our Events &
Outreach team. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to
prospective students and parents to promote our education events, generate qualified
leads,
and confirm registrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents using the provided
database.
- Introduce the company's education events, fairs, and outreach initiatives.
- Generate qualified leads and encourage event registrations.
- Follow up with existing leads to maximize participation.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in Google
Sheets/Excel.
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide event-related information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents through
effective communication.
- Support the team with basic market research and data collection as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident telephone etiquette and student/parent handling abilities
