- What You Will Do: End-to-End Design: Drive the hardware design process from initial concept through to production, ensuring strict compliance with all project requirements.
- Engineering Excellence: Oversee the creation and review of schematics, PCB layouts, and prototypes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with software, firmware, and mechanical design teams to ensure flawless system integration.
- Project Leadership: Identify and mitigate technical risks to deliver hardware projects on schedule and within budget.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of hardware engineers, fostering a collaborative environment built on knowledge sharing and continuous innovation.
- Core Technical Capabilities:



FPGA & Zynq Architecture (Mandatory)
: Extensive, hands-on expertise in FPGA design and development, specifically working with Xilinx Zynq SoCs.
- Circuit Design: Hands-on experience with Analog, Digital, and Mixed-Signal circuit design and development.
- Digital Electronics: Expertise with Microcontrollers, Discrete & Analog I/O, SOC/SOM/ASICs, and RF.
- Tools & Simulation: Proficiency in ORCAD (schematic entry/layout review) and Analog Circuit Simulation.
- Communication Protocols: SPI, UART, I2C, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB, and Ethernet.
- System Integrity: Deep understanding of reliability, signal integrity, thermal management, and hardware simulations.
- Test & Diagnostics: Skilled with standard measuring instruments and possessing excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
