The Project HR Manager is responsible for managing all Human Resource functions related to project sites. The role involves workforce planning, employee engagement, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, vendor coordination, employee welfare, and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution.
The incumbent will work closely with project managers, department heads, finance, and site teams to provide end-to-end HR support while maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Project HR Operations
- Partner with Project Managers to understand manpower requirements and execute recruitment plans.
- Ensure timely deployment of employees at project locations.
- Maintain complete employee records and HR documentation.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures across project sites.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support performance management and disciplinary processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction for site employees.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain daily attendance records of project employees.
- Share attendance reports with the HR Head and Payroll team.
- Coordinate leave records and employee attendance discrepancies.
- Verify employee working days for payroll processing.
Employee Expense Management
- Process site-related employee expenses.
- Verify and submit:
- Travel Allowance (TA)
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- Food Allowance
- Site Expenses
- Coordinate with the Accounts Department for timely reimbursement.
- Handle pending arrears and backdated expense settlements.
Site Administration
- Coordinate guest house rent payments.
- Process electricity and utility bills for project accommodations.
- Prepare agreements and coordinate with vendors.
- Support site contract ad
