JOB ROLE:

1. Manage end-to-end HR Generalist activities for plant operations.

2. Handle contract labour management, including deployment, attendance tracking, billing verification, and contractor coordination.

3. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, CLRA, Factory Act, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.).

4. Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation as per legal requirements.

5. Handle union relations and industrial relations, ensuring smooth and harmonious operations at the plant.

6. Address and resolve employee grievances promptly and effectively.

7. Manage and process payroll activities, including attendance validation, wage calculation, and statutory deductions.

8. Maintain HR MIS, employee database, and monthly reports.

9. Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction for plant manpower.

10. Ensure implementation of HR policies, discipline, and code of conduct on the shop floor.

11. Support internal,



external, and statutory audits related to HR compliance.

12. Drive employee engagement, welfare, and training initiatives.
