About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations in our laser cutting and sheet metal fabrication facility. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in production planning, team management, process optimization, quality assurance, and continuous improvement while ensuring timely delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Manage end-to-end production activities, including laser cutting, fabrication, assembly, and finishing operations.
- Plan and execute production schedules to meet customer delivery timelines.
- Optimize manpower, machine utilization, and production resources for maximum productivity.
- Monitor daily production performance and resolve operational challenges.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate production supervisors, machine operators, and shop floor staff.




- Conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and training programs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to minimize defects and rework.
- Coordinate with the Quality team to resolve production-related quality issues.

Process Improvement
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Analyze production data to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Implement best manufacturing practices to enhance operational performance.

Resource Management
- Ensure effective utilization of laser cutting machines, CNC equipment, fabrication tools, and manpower.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
