Job Description:-
- Manage end-to-end French language workflows and team performance metrics efficiently.
- Provide qualified and empathetic leadership while overseeing insurance and underwriting operations in French.
- Maintain the mandatory C1 certification standard in all team-level verbal and written interactions.
- Identify process improvements within the language workflow to enhance client and user experience.
